Bio

A founder of Pine Street, Mike is actively involved in all activities, including deal sourcing, deal structuring and portfolio management. Mike currently serves as a board observer on Pine Street portfolio companies Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, Power Tech, Adaptec Solutions, CinchSeal Associates, Hull & Associates and Lumina Vision Partners, and is a board member on Pine Street portfolio company Rite Air Mechanical Services . He also serves as a board member and past President of the Upstate Venture Association of New York. Prior to co-founding Pine Street, Mike was a Director in FleetBoston Corporation's Leveraged Finance Group in Boston responsible for originating and structuring leveraged cash flow transactions for middle market companies. Before starting his banking career, he served as a congressional aide in Washington, DC. Mike earned his MBA from Emory University and his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross College.
