Bio

Shayne is a Director who joined PFM’s investment team in 2022. Prior to joining PFM, Shayne was the Vice President of Investments for the Brandt Group of Companies, where he helped support Brandt’s growth and consolidation across Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Brandt, Shayne was a corporate lawyer with Miller Thomson LLP focusing on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts and real estate. Shayne earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. Shayne is a Level III candidate in the CFA program.
