Ghalib Hemnani is a Director – Investments at PFM Capital Inc. Mr. Hemnani joined PFM in 2017 and since that time has held various roles within the investment team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Ottawa (Cum Laude), a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton University and is currently a Level II candidate in the CFA program. Prior to joining PFM, Mr. Hemnani was an Analyst with a corporate finance advisory firm in Ottawa, focusing on business valuations, financial modeling as well as buy-side and sell-side M&A transaction support. He was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan and held various student internship positions with Farm Credit Canada throughout his post-secondary studies, most recently with their Enterprise Risk and Portfolio Management team in 2015. He was a Relationship Manager Assistant with the Regina district prairie operations lending team at FCC in 2014 and 2013. At PFM, Mr. Hemnani is responsible for providing and leading analysis including negotiation, structuring and due diligence of new investment opportunities as well as ongoing portfolio management, analysis and support of PFM’s current investments. He also serves as a Director across various PFM portfolio companies
