Bio

Richard Thackray is part of the Operating Directors and Entrepreneurial Governance business unit, based in Zug. He has 30 years of industry experience, having founded, led, invested in, chaired and served as a board member to a variety of privately held companies. His prior experience includes leading Heidrick & Struggles' Private Capital Practice in Europe and Africa, and working at Deutsche Bank and The Boston Consulting Group. In his early career he served as an officer in the Royal Navy. Richard holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, Massachusetts, USA and a bachelor’s degree from City, University of London, UK.
