Jack works with NEP portfolio company CEOs and management teams to develop and execute strategies to grow revenues and EBITDA while also supporting our investment team in assessing value creation potential of new deals. Prior to NEP, Jack was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spent 18 years working with companies across a diverse set of industries on strategic planning, growth initiatives, operations and performance improvement and organizational development. After McKinsey, he worked at Pentair as President of the Filtration Solutions Global Business. His prior roles at Pentair included President of the North American Water Filtration business and Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology.
