Xue Ji is an Investment Director based in the Hong Kong office. He was raised in China and received his education in China, Singapore, and the United States. Prior to joining Navis in 2018, Xue was a Vice President with the Ta Yang Group where he led corporate development and strategy. Before that, Xue was a Vice President at RRJ Capital for five years, where he was responsible for originating and executing private equity investments in China and Southeast Asia. Xue started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with UBS and Barclays in New York. Xue graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lafayette College in the USA with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business.
