Bio

Wilson Lai is an Investment Director based in the Hong Kong office. He was born and educated in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Navis, Wilson was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers and had worked for five years in the Assurance and Transaction Services practice. He has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience in both Hong Kong and China, including the provision of financial due diligence, deal support, and modeling review supports. He was involved in a number of sizeable deals and worked for different leading private equity and multinational clients. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
