Cheryl Chow is a Director in Portfolio Operations based in the Kuala Lumpur office. Cheryl is formerly from Ernst & Young Consulting, where she was an Executive Director for People Advisory Services since 2018. Her focus was on supporting companies across sectors through their Human capital business transformation initiatives. Before E&Y, she gained her human capital experience at Deloitte Human Capital Consulting, KornFerry Hay Group, and Accenture. Cheryl has extensive experience and expertise in understanding work and human motivation to drive positive and sustainable behavioral change. Cheryl holds an MBA (Dean List) and Executive Certificate, majoring in e-Commerce from the Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia. She also has acquired professional accreditations in Psychometric and Behavioral-based assessments and is a Certified Trainer with HRD Corp (previously known as HRDF) in Malaysia.
