Mark Paolano Bio

Mark Paolano is a Partner of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2016, Mr. Paolano was with American Capital. At American Capital, he was a member of the private equity team responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, structuring and closing transactions, monitoring portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to accelerate growth and implementing strategic and operational initiatives. At American Capital, Mr. Paolano worked on investments across the entire capital structure including both equity and debt. Prior to American Capital, Mr. Paolano was a member of the financial sponsors group at Citigroup Global Markets, where he advised clients on sponsor-led acquisitions and leveraged financings. Mr. Paolano currently serves on the boards of Avenu Insights & Analytics, KKSP Precision Machining, Prime Pensions, GlacierPoint Enterprises, Vehicle Management Solutions, Seviroli and Nursery Supplies, and previously served on the boards of Huntington Solutions and Spire Power Solutions prior to Mill Point’s exits. Mr. Paolano is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance.
