Steve Spinner currently serves as an Operating Partner on the Private Equity Investment Team. Former Chairman and CEO of United Natural Foods (UNFI), Steve has over 20 years of experience across multiple industries. Throughout his career, Steve has focused on identifying both consumer and business trends while scaling and growing a wide range of businesses. Prior to joining UNFI in 2008, other notable experiences include his tenure as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Performance Food Group, numerous leadership positions at PFGC including President and CEO, and Lead Independent Director for the ArcBest Corporation, a role he still holds after joining the board in 2011.
