Mr. Clark joined M/C Partners in 2001 and has focused on investment opportunities in the mobile, broadband infrastructure and the Internet of Things (IoT) sectors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Neutral Connect Networks, PR Wireless and has primary responsibility for Omega Wireless. Previous board seats include: Cellular One of East Texas (sold to Chinook Wireless), Lightower Holdings (sold to Berkshire Partners), Mobi PCS (sold to Verizon) and Public Mobile (sold to Telus). Mr. Clark also had primary responsibility for Triad 700 and he also previously held an observer Board of Director seat at MetroPCS (IPO). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clark was with Salomon Smith Barney in the Global Telecommunications Corporate Finance Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the wireline and wireless segments of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Clark received a BBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a Masters in Accounting with distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
