Matthias Tabbert joined LLCP in 2022 and currently serves as a Managing Director of the Investment Originations team. In this capacity, he is responsible for the origination of new investment opportunities and investment due diligence with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Prior to joining LLCP, Matthias was a Partner with HQ Equita, the Bad Homburg-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for the origination, execution and management of investments and served on the Investment Committee. Prior to that, Matthias was an Investment Executive at Granville Baird, a Hamburg-based private equity fund, where he focused on investments and portfolio management. He began his career at Barclays Capital in London as a member of the European Leveraged Finance team. Matthias received a B.A. in European Business from Dublin City University and a diploma in International Management from ESB Business School Reutlingen.
