Matt Klein Bio

Mr. Klein is a Partner at L2, focused on providing operational and financial leadership to promote growth and create value at the firm’s portfolio companies and serves on their Boards. Prior to L2, he was an entrepreneur, interim executive and operational and financial advisor for multiple client companies in the services, logistics, manufacturing, consumer goods, real estate and construction industries. Focus areas included financial restructuring, business plan development and execution, performance improvement, merger integrations, working capital management and recruitment of executives. Previously, Mr. Klein was a Director at both Alvarez & Marsal and KPMG, specializing in interim and turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and business advisory services. Mr. Klein received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the California Polytechnic University at Pomona and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
