Bio

Mr. Baus currently works closely with the management teams at Frette and CHEFS Catalog in addition to serving on the Boards of J.McLaughlin, National Payment Network (NPN), and Sconza Candy. Prior to joining JH Partners in 2011, Mr. Baus worked with Foundation Capital managing two of their partner companies. Most recently, he served as CEO of NPN, a payments processing firm focused on specialty consumer finance debt. Prior to NPN, he served as Executive Chairman of Weblistic a search engine marketing company focused on internet-based advertising campaign management for SMBs. He is a member of YPO Northern California, and received a Bachelor's degree from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
