Mike has extensive operational experience and a strong knowledge base across a wide range of industrial and commercial services. A veteran of General Electric Aviation and GE Power and Water, Grunza has had leadership experience in plant management, sales strategy, and process implementation. He was eventually responsible for over $1B of revenue and 3,900 employees at 13 global locations, specializing in the Aerospace and Power Generation sectors while at GE. Mike is currently the CEO and Board Member of active Huron portfolio company, WD Lab Grown Diamonds. Grunza previously served as CEO of Form Technologies, a global process engineering and materials forming company. Mike earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the University of Delaware.
