Matt is responsible for fund operations, compliance, and all fund financial transactions, and is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He has more than 15 years of M&A execution and portfolio management responsibilities. Prior to joining Huron Capital, Matt was an Associate with PMCF, a boutique investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and strategic advisory for middle-market businesses across a variety of industries. His responsibilities there included valuation, financial analysis, project management, and composition of industry research reports. B.B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
