Robert L. Athas is a Vice President at Hudson Ferry Capital where he focuses primarily on new business development in addition to sourcing and structuring new investments. Previously, Mr. Athas was a Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance, a leading middle-market investment banking firm. At KPMG, Mr. Athas executed mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, management buyouts and recapitalizations, and valuations. Mr. Athas has worked with private/family-owned, middle market public and Fortune 500 companies in a number of industries including basic manufacturing, specialty chemicals, building products, business services, technology and energy services. In prior roles, Mr. Athas worked at Cross Keys Capital, Bank of New York and Bear Stearns. Mr. Athas received an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a BS in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
