Bobby Kelly joined Harvest in 2022 as a Partner & Co-Head of Harvest Partners Ascend. Harvest Partners Ascend is a middle market platform focused on the Business and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Partner and Co-Founder of CIP Capital, where he completed a number of private equity transactions in the technology-enabled services sectors. Before CIP Capital, he held several positions at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, where he focused on middle market private equity, and started his career at UBS in investment banking. Bobby currently serves on the Boards** of Benefit Resource and People 2.0 and previously served on the Boards** of Cisive, Compliance Solutions Strategies, CoAdvantage, RevSpring and WilsonHCG. He has a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
