Since joining Grey Mountain in 2016, Bill has played a significant role in all stages of transaction execution and partnership with affiliate companies. Prior to joining the firm, Bill was with Stonehenge Partners, a Columbus, OH-based middle-market private equity and junior capital firm. At Stonehenge, Bill focused on performing due diligence and executing subordinated debt, minority equity, and control equity transactions. Bill graduated from Kent State University with a B.B.A and M.A. in Economics and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
