Bio

Greg is a Partner with Granite Equity and leads the firm's leadership recruiting activities. Over the past decade, Greg was the Founder of and Principal in Schumacher Executive Search, and a key operating partner of Granite Equity. He began his executive search career in 1996 as a Senior Associate in the Minneapolis office of Korn/Ferry International, a leading global retained search firm. Greg graduated from Saint John's University with a degree in Organizational Leadership. He received his Masters in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
