Raghav Nayar is a Principal on the Investment Team at Grain Management. Raghav’s responsibilities include deal origination, investment underwriting, portfolio performance tracking, and analytical support. Prior to joining Grain, Raghav was a Vice President in the Asset Finance Group at Morgan Stanley where he spent seven years structuring and executing over $21 billion of divestitures, structured financings, and esoteric securitizations across a variety of assets including cell towers, wireless spectrum, media, and other industries. Raghav graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology Engineering from Thapar University and M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins University. Raghav serves on the Boards of Great Plains Communications and WANRack, LLC.
