Mr. Price joined Falfurrias Capital Partners as a Partner with Fund IV. Prior to joining the firm, he assisted with the FCP Portfolio leading the technology-enabled services for financial institutions industry first campaign and as an active member of the Board of Directors for Falfurrias portfolio companies RegEd, Tax Guard, and Marquis Software Solutions. From 1993 to 2011, Mr. Price worked in various senior executive roles at Bank of America including Chief Financial Officer, Global Corporate and Investment Banking Risk Management Executive, and President of Consumer and Small Business Banking. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Price worked at PriceWaterhouse. He is also active on several not-for-profit Boards including Chair of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity's worldwide operations.
