Prior to joining DW Healthcare Partners, Michael worked as an Investment Banking Associate at TD Securities in the Communications, Media and Technology Group. While at TD Securities, he advised financial sponsors and corporate clients in the communications, media and power & utilities sectors on mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and financings. Michael was raised in Toronto and was involved in many sports growing up. With a specific focus on cycling, he spent several years on the Ontario Cross-Country Mountain Bike Team. He graduated with an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
