Head of Strategy & Business Development and Executive Director, Private Equity. Ms. Feng has over 12 years of experience in private equity investment, portfolio management and investment banking in Greater China. She joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2019, while serving as Director of Healthcare Investment Department in Goldstone. Joining Goldstone in 2016, Ms. Feng participated in a considerable number of private equity deals in healthcare and TMT sector. Prior to joining Goldstone, she worked for the Investment Banking Division of Zhong De Securities (China joint venture established by Deutsche Bank) for more than 6 years, and completed various corporate finance deals including IPOs, M&A and follow-on offerings. Ms. Feng holds a bachelor’s degree in international economics and commerce from Zhejiang University and a master’s degree in economics from Baylor University Hankamer School of Business. Ms. Feng holds China A-share Sponsor Representative Qualification equivalent.
