Before forming CIP Capital, Ms. Vlak served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations at DLJMBP. At DLJMBP she was responsible for implementing and executing the operational strategy of the fund and for managing investor communications with the fund’s limited partners. Prior to joining DLJMB in 2005, Ms. Vlak was a Vice President at Rothschild Realty, Inc., the real estate principal investment arm of the Rothschild Group, where she was responsible for investment due diligence and deal execution across a broad range of real estate private equity transactions. Prior to joining Rothschild Reality, Inc. in 2000, Ms. Vlak was a Manager in the Real Estate Transaction Advisory Services Group at Arthur Andersen, LLP. Ms. Vlak graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting.
