Naomi heads up our Guernsey office. Prior to joining Cinven, Naomi was a Client Relationship Manager of Aztec Financial Services (Guernsey) Limited, responsible for the provision of a full suite of company secretarial services for Private Equity clients, including incorporation and liquidation of companies, registration and dissolution of partnerships, statutory and regulatory filings and advising on company and partnership law. Previously, Naomi worked at Intertrust Fund Services Limited as an Assistant Company Secretary and prior to that spent several years at Ogier LLP as a Legal Assistant, focusing on investment funds, private equity, restructuring, and private wealth matters. Naomi has a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and a Diploma in Fund Administration from Manchester Business School. She joined Cinven in 2017.
