Matthew is Cinven’s Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for operational aspects of the business. Previously, Matthew was Head of Cinven’s Capital Markets team. He was previously at Merrill Lynch in Leveraged Finance. Prior to this he worked in the Financing & Structured Products Division at J. Henry Schroder & Co. He graduated from Cambridge University and is AMCT-qualified. Matthew joined Cinven in 2005.
