Bio

Phil Nolan has been involved with Blue Delta in various capacities since 2011. As a General Partner, he has been very involved with a number of portfolio companies, including Metis Solutions (acq. by PAE) and The Tauri Group (acq. by LMI). Mr. Nolan was Chairman, President, and CEO of Stanley, Inc. (NYSE: SXE), which he took public in 2006 and then sold to CGI Group (NYSE: GIB) in August 2010 for $1.2 billion. Phil was also the CEO of Camber Corporation, which was acquired by Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) in 2016. In addition to his numerous Blue Delta portfolio company board seats, Mr. Nolan is currently the Lead Independent Director at Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP), serves as the Chairman of Salient CRGT, and sits on the Boards of MAG Aerospace and Capgemini Government Solutions’ Special Security Agreement (SSA). Phil holds a J.D. from George Washington University, a M.S.E. in engineering management from the Catholic University of America and a B.S. in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy.
