Mr. Ciampa is a Principal at Aterian Investment Partners. Mr. Ciampa was most recently an Investment Professional at First Atlantic Capital, an operationally focused middle market private equity fund where he was actively involved in the firm’s packaging, industrials, and business services investments, including being a member of the Board of C-P Flexible Packaging and active member of Resource Label Group and Sprint Industrial platform investments, which completed 10 add-on acquisitions. Prior to First Atlantic, Mr. Ciampa spent 5 years at GE Capital in the Sponsor Finance and Antares lending platforms underwriting over $1.0 billion of debt for leveraged buyouts, and completed GE’s Financial Management Program. Mr. Ciampa graduated cum laude from Boston University with a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Philosophy, and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.
