Ms. Boidy is Director of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer at Aterian Investment Partners managing finance, accounting and tax matters of the firm along with SEC regulatory compliance. Ms. Boidy most recently served as Director of Finance & Accounting and held Office of Treasurer at Ripplewood Advisors LLC. Prior to Ripplewood Advisors LLC, Ms. Boidy was Assistant Controller at Forstmann Little & Co. Ms. Boidy began her career in public accounting as an auditor and tax preparer. She graduated cum laude from Loyola University Maryland, earning an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting. Ms. Boidy is a Certified Public Accountant.
