Bio

At Apis, Sienna works on all fund-raising, transactional, regulatory, and legal matters. Prior to joining Apis, Sienna was in the private funds team at Cleary Gottlieb after having trained at the firm and her practice focused on private equity funds, advising fund managers and sponsors in the establishment and management of alternative investment funds and institutional investors investing in such funds, in both domestic and offshore contexts. Sienna lives in London and enjoys travelling (particularly to anywhere with great scuba diving), trying new restaurants and going to concerts.
