Pratik is a member of the investment team at Apis and is based in Mumbai, India. He has spent 14 years in Private Equity in India with a focus on Financial Services. Prior to joining Apis, Pratik spent 11 years at Actis, a leading investor in growth markets, where he was leading the Financial Services team. Most recently Pratik led Actis’ investments in Pine Labs (a leading merchants payments platform in India) and Profectus Capital (an NBFC focussed on secured SME lending). Pratik began his career in Private Equity at General Atlantic, a global growth investor, where he focussed on investing in Financial Services, Media and Telecom sectors. Pratik lives in Mumbai, is married with one daughter, and enjoys playing squash, cricket and basketball
