Dave Evans is a Principal of Apax Digital where he focuses on growth equity and buyout investments in high-growth internet, enterprise software, and technology-enabled services companies. He joined Apax Partners in 2009 and is based in the New York office. Dave has led or participated in a number of the Apax Funds’ digital deals including Accurate Background, ClassPass, Dealer.com, Guesty, MetaMetrics, TIVIT and Trader Corporation. In addition, Dave has held several interim operating positions across the Apax Funds' portfolio, including roles at Trader Corporation, rue21 and FULLBEAUTY Brands. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Dave was a member of the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley in New York. Dave holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
