Roberto Torazzi, who joined Alto Partners in 2007, serves as a Director and Board Secretary. He supervises and co-ordinates the financial activities of Alto Partners and those of the funds under management, liaising with the various internal and external control functions (Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Depository Bank). Roberto Torazzi is responsible for the relationship with the regulators (Bank of Italy and Consob) and the implementation and monitoring of the firm’s ESG policy. Prior to joining Alto Partners, he was employed for sixteen years within the BNL Group (today BNP Paribas) as CFO for subsidiaries Sud Leasing and Locafit. From 2005 to 2007, Roberto Torazzi served as the CFO of the industrial group SAM Abrasivi. Roberto Torazzi graduated in Economics and Banking from Siena University.
