Bio

Julian co-founded Alliance Consumer Growth and together with his colleagues they have built ACG into one of the leading consumer growth investment funds in the United States. Julian oversees current and prospective investments for ACG and currently sits on the Boards of The Honest Kitchen, NUDESTIX, Clio, Herschel Supply Co., SuperOrdinary, iNNBEAUTY Project and Half Magic. Julian was previously a board member of Milk Makeup, Pacifica Beauty, Tata Harper, Babyganics, Krave Jerky, Krisers Natural Pet, Suja, DenTek Oral Care and Plum Organics. In 2015, ACG was named by GrowthCap as one of America’s “Top 25 Growth Equity Investment Firms” across all industries. Also in 2015, Julian was named to Fortune Magazine’s “40 Under 40” list, which recognizes the most influential young people in business. Julian has also been named one of the top “40 Under 40” investors in growth equity. Prior to co-founding ACG, Julian built Atlas Advisors’ principal investing affiliate, Atlas Consumer Growth, while also advising on M&A transactions as a Managing Director at Atlas. Prior to Atlas, Julian was a Vice President at Goode Venture Partners, where he evaluated acquisition and investment opportunities and served as interim COO for portfolio company, Inform Technologies, LLC. Julian began his career as an investment banker at Bear Stearns. Julian holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in History from Brown University. Born and raised in NYC, Julian is married with three children and a dog, is an avid tennis player, enthusiastic outdoorsman and below average surfer.
