Rachel Hamilton practises in the area of corporate/commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial matters and disputes, construction matters, commercial real estate and pensions and benefit law. Rachel was recognized in 2010 with the prestigious “Lexpert Rising Star Leading Lawyer Under 40” award. From 2013 to 2020, Rachel was Managing Partner of the firm's Edmonton Office.
