Scott Anthony has advised and counseled numerous companies, investors and founders on their important strategic transactions and decisions for more than 20 years. He focuses on emerging companies, strategic investments, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures, and has deep experience in navigating cross-border transactions between the U.S. and China and Korea. Scott is a partner in the firm’s Palo Alto office and a Vice-Chair of Covington’s Corporate Group.
