Paul Wharton Bio

Mr. Wharton is a Vice President with the Private Equity Investment Team, which is responsible for making and managing investments of existing and prospective private equity portfolio companies.​ Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Wharton was an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse (“CS”) focused on mergers & acquisitions. In this role, he was responsible for developing models in buyside and sell side processes across multiple industries, as well as diligence and data room management.​ Prior to CS, Mr. Wharton was an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey (“HL”).​ Mr. Wharton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minors in Finance and Accounting, with distinction, from the University of British Colombia.
