Mr. Aldekmary is the Chief Executive Officer – ZCG Arabia and is responsible for all business operations across the region, including asset management, consulting, and technology solutions. Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Aldekmary served as a Senior Advisor to H.E. the Minister at the Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabia (“MISA”), where he was responsible for designing and implementing global initiatives and programs to expand investments and funding into the Saudi economy. In addition, Mr. Aldekmary built and led the Financial Advisory department in charge of assessing investments, optimizing its capital structure and extending incentives. Prior to MISA, Mr. Aldekmary was the Assistant General Manager within the Transformation Group at The Saudi Investment Bank (“SAIB”). During his tenure, Mr. Aldekmary led the design and implementation of strategies across all businesses including Corporate, Retail and Treasury. In his time at SAIB, he fully transformed the Sales, Trading and Structuring departments, and introduced a variety of products across all asset classes including Rates, Credit and Derivatives. Mr. Aldekmary advised large corporate and government funds in their international and local investments. Prior to his time at SAIB, Mr. Aldekmary was a Director at Standard Chartered Bank in the Global Financial Markets group, where he successfully closed the bank’s first EMTN program for a quasi-government entity in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Aldekmary began his career in Investment Banking and Emerging Markets group at RBS Global Banking & Markets and at JPMorgan. Mr. Aldekmary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from King Saud University and received both his MBA and MS in Finance from Clark University.
