Mr. Abouarab is a Vice President with the Private Equity Investment Team, which is responsible for making and managing investments of existing and prospective private equity portfolio companies. Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Abouarab was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”). In this role, Mr. Abouarab advised various private and public institutions across different industries including financial services, media, and economic development. While at BCG, Mr. Abouarab worked on due diligence and investment-related engagements with some of the Middle East’s leading financial institutions. Additionally, he developed strategies and operating models for several entities in the Middle East. Prior to BCG, Mr. Abouarab conducted two internships in management consulting at Strategy& and Arthur D. Little, where he supported clients in the education and oil & gas sectors respectively. Mr. Abouarab holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut, where he graduated with distinction, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
