Nancy Elliott Bio

Nancy Elliott joined WM Partners in 2022 and serves as Controller of the Management Company. Ms. Elliott has over 7 years of experience in various finance and accounting roles and over 5 years of experience in private equity. Prior to joining the Management Company, Ms. Elliott served as Finance Manager for HighBrook Investors, a fast-paced real estate private equity firm where she managed 4 funds with a mix of European and US investments. Prior to HighBrook, Ms. Elliott served as Assistant Controller for a South Florida family office. Ms. Elliott’s first private equity role was as Fund Accounting Manager for Five Points Capital, a North Carolina based private equity firm focusing on lower middle market growth-oriented companies. At Five Points she oversaw the accounting for 10 funds across 3 investment strategies and took a leading role in implementing a specialized accounting software. Ms. Elliott began her accounting career with KPMG in their audit practice. Ms. Elliott is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of North Carolina and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Elliott earned a B.S. in Apparel, Housing, & Resource Management from Virginia Tech and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
