Amanda Holmquist Bio

Amanda Holmquist joined WM Partners in 2022 and serves as Director of Legal Affairs. With over a decade of experience as in-house counsel, Ms. Holmquist’s expertise includes corporate law, regulatory compliance, commercial contract negotiation and intellectual property protection. In her role as Director of Legal Affairs, she provides strategic legal guidance and hands-on support to senior management across the firm’s portfolio companies. Before joining WM Partners, Ms. Holmquist held a number of legal leadership roles across the consumer goods sector. During her time serving as general counsel for a publicly traded video game development company, she guided the organization through its initial public offering and oversaw major licensing agreements, international acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. A member of the Florida Bar, Holmquist earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, along with a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami Frost School of Music, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
