Patrick Moulder Founder Las Vegas

Patrick Moulder founded Wheel Capital Partners in 2022 to partner with and help lower middle market businesses grow to their full potential. He has extensive experience raising capital, executing complex financing structures, mergers & acquisitions, asset sales, conducting diligence, and overseeing portfolio company operations. Prior to founding Wheel Capital Partners, Mr. Moulder was at CREO Capital Partners. He led and was integral in the acquisition of numerous lower middle market businesses. He was promoted to Partner in 2018 and was responsible for overseeing several portfolio companies. Mr. Moulder started his career at Deloitte in Los Angeles before transitioning to Duff & Phelps to work in their Due Diligence practice. Mr. Moulder lives in Summerlin, NV with his wife, daughter and son. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports, exploring new travel destinations and playing basketball. He holds a private pilot license.
