Ted Nark is a private equity investor who serves as Chairman of West Edge Partners. Previously, Mr. Nark was a Managing Director at KRG Capital Partners where he led the acquisition and successful monetization of companies including Convergint, Diversified Food Services and Petrochoice. Previously, Mr. Nark was a Partner at Leonard Green & Partners, and he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of White Cap Construction Supply, a Leonard Green-owned distributor of construction hardware, tools and materials to professional contractors. In addition, Mr. Nark served as CEO of Corporate Express Australia and Group President at Corporate Express Inc. Mr. Nark currently is an investor and serves on the Board of Directors of Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Convergint, Metal-Era, and Resource Label Group. Mr. Nark has previously invested in and served on the Boards of Corporate Express Australia, Brickman, Fort Dearborn, SavATree, White Cap Construction Supply, FTD, Lereta, Leslies Pools, Western Windows, Trafficware, Tecta America, The Maroon Group, Gaiam, Real Goods Solar and Claim Jumper.
