Justin DuPere Bio

Justin co-leads WCP's Software and Technology investment team. He brings more than 20 years of technology investing experience to Waud Capital and is responsible for building and growing the firm’s technology portfolio in areas like vertical software, payments, knowledge technology, and HCIT. Justin is currently on the Board of Integrated Practice Solutions (IPS), HSI, Lifelong Learner, Sphere Payments, TeamSnap, and The CE Shop. He was previously on the board of CyberGrants and iOFFICE. Prior to joining WCP, Justin worked at GTCR and was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He holds a BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Justin is a committed father to three kids. Outside of work he enjoys sports, automobiles, and making life miserable for groundskeepers at local golf courses.
