Henrik Dahlback Bio

Mr. Dahlback evaluates and structures investment opportunities, leads the debt financing activities of the portfolio companies and manages the administration of the investment funds. Prior to founding Warren Equity, Mr. Dahlback worked in investment banking at Royal Bank of Canada, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley where he primarily focused on originating and executing leverage finance transactions across multiple industries including Energy & Power, Infrastructure and General Industrials. Mr. Dahlback earned a B.S. in Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He also holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
