USD 7bn and profits of approx USD 1.5bn, 25+ operating entities, 15+ manufacturing sites, >10,000 people. Extensive experience in both established and emerging markets, responsible for go-to-market strategy design and implementation in different market dynamics, such as Russia, Nigeria, South Africa, Middle East, South Asia and Western Europe. Extensive experience in managing both modern and traditional mass market trade as well as in managing truly developing markets, such as Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Pakistan, Ukraine. Impressive track record in crisis management and subsequent business turn-around, which he has also personally delivered in several countries as Managing Director. Has lived and worked in Italy, Russia, South Africa, the UK and the UAE.
