Adam has a unique background with a wealth of experience as both a senior Healthcare executive and a Wall Street veteran. He has 25 years of experience working with many of the leading Healthcare Services companies. He is the Chairman of the Board at HealthChannels (ScribeAmerica), the nation’s leading provider of medical scribes and solutions. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors at PathGroup, a leading pathology services company, Surgery Partners (NASDAQ: SGRY), a leading surgery center and physician services organization and Elite Body Sculpture. He is a former board member of Imedex, the leading provider of accredited continuing medical education (CME) for oncologists.Prior to founding VSCP, he was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and Office of the CEO at Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LabCorp) where he oversaw M&A, Corporate Development, Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Strategy and managed the company’s partnerships with large Hospital Systems. He also created the LabCorp private equity investment vehicle.Prior to LabCorp, Adam was the Managing Director in Equity Research at Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers for 14 years, where he covered, as well as coordinated, the firm's Health Care Facilities and Services research teams. He was ranked #1 in the Institutional Investor All America Research Survey in the Health Care Facilities category, for a decade and was considered the best Healthcare Services analyst on Wall Street. He covered many of the top Healthcare organizations and completed capital market transactions for companies, including HCA, Team Health, Psychiatric Solutions, Universal Health Services, Tenet Healthcare, United Surgical Partners, AmSurg and Vanguard Health Services.Mr. Feinstein is a CFA charterholder and has a B.S. in Business from the Smith School at the University of Maryland at College Park. He also completed the Nashville Healthcare Council Fellows program.
