Scott has over twenty five years of transactional related experience. He has been actively involved in management buyouts, recapitalizations, strategic consolidations and growth capital financings. Scott’s passion for business has exposed him to many opportunities and experiences. He is an equity holder in several business ventures and is currently on the Board of Directors of William Henry (McMinnville, OR), Tanner Goods (McMinnville, OR), Allstar Magnetics (Vancouver, WA), Impact Electronic Solutions (Lake Oswego, OR), ESAM (Grants Pass, OR), Bay Computer Associates (Cranston, RI), Silicon Forest Electronics (Vancouver, WA) as well as EEI Manufacturing Services (Clearwater, FL). He was previously a Board member of Crimson Trace Corporation (Wilsonville, OR), Herbers Autobody (Edmonton, Canada) and was an advisor to the Board of Snapware Corporation (Ontario, CA). He enjoys taking an active role with management teams and business owners in an effort to grow their businesses to the next level. Scott also has extensive experience in real estate transactions and is part of the firm’s real estate team. He has overseen investment for over $450 million in real estate projects in the Oregon and Southwest Washington area as well as VergePointe Capital’s investments made into many different businesses in the United States and Canada. Scott was raised in Eastern Washington and received his B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University. He has also obtained his CPA designation. He has used his leadership skills to benefit civic organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Friendzy, an Oregon based non-profit focused on social and emotional character development programs for educators, is an advisor to the Board of Directors of The Final Word, a regional Christian radio program and on the Council Board for East Hill Church. His other passions include his family, basketball, golf and outdoor activities.
