Nicolò is Managing Partner of V&A Capital and he has over 18 years of strong and diverse experience at top-tier private equity and law firms. Prior to founding V&A, Nicolò was a principal at Lincolnshire Management, a $1.7 billion private equity firm based in New York that was ranked a top-5% performing fund. He is currently the Chairman of Precision Kidd Steel Co, Inc., SinterMet LLC and Federal Steel Supply LLC, and has served on the Boards of Prince Sports, a leading tennis racquet manufacturer, CSAT solutions, one of the largest electronics reverse logistics and repair services companies, Nursery Supplies, a leading manufacturer of plastic containers for nursery and greenhouse industries, among others. Prior to that Nicolò was a lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell, one of the most prestigious M&A law firms. Nicolò has a JD, summa cum laude, from the University of Milan, and received his LLM, with Honors, from the University of California at Berkeley.
